Emeli Sande has released a video for her single 'Next To Me', which will be released on 13 February, the same day as her debut album.

Teenage Fanclub's Gerard Love returns with a new project, Lightships and an album Electric Cables on 2 April. The band features Dave McGowan (guitar, Teenage Fanclub), Brendan O'Hare (drums, from the first incarnation of Teenage Fanclub), Tom Crossley (flute, International Airport and The Pastels) and Bob Kildea (bass, Belle & Sebastian).

On 22 January, Under African Skies, the new Joe Berlinger-directed documentary chronicling the creation and lasting influence of Paul Simon's Graceland, will debut at the 2012 US Sundance Film Festival, kicking off a year long celebration commemorating the 25th anniversary of Simon's musical and cultural achievement.

Coming this spring, Legacy Recordings / Sony Commercial Music Group will release a Graceland 25th anniversary commemorative edition deluxe collector's box set as well as a special two-disc set, each featuring the original album with bonus tracks and the director's cut of Under African Skies.

‘Forgotten Songs’ is the self-released debut single from Birmingham’s Capital Sun and will be released on January 30th. The track has been produced by Grammy-nominated producer Chris Tsangarides, who had previously worked with the uncle of singer Glen Boden. The band will be heading out on the road to support the release and showcase further tracks at the following dates:

New York-based duo Sleigh Bells have premiered a brand new single 'Comeback Kid'. The single is taken from Sleigh Bells hugely anticipated second album Reign Of Terror, the follow up to the duo’s acclaimed 2010 debut, Treats. 'Comeback Kid' is available to buy digitally now and can be heard below.


Produced by guitarist Derek E Miller and co-written by singer Alexis Krauss and Derek, new album Reign Of Terror will be released in the UK on 20th February 2012 via Mom + Pop / Columbia.
